How an engagement works

1. Free devis within 2 hours

   You describe the need. You receive a scoped devis, with named acceptance criteria, within two working hours.

2. Complex scopes: paid analysis devis

   When acceptance criteria need deeper definition, a paid analysis devis follows. It is credited in full if the engagement is signed.

3. Engagement with acceptance criteria

   Work starts only once both sides have signed what "done" means. No vague deliverables.

4. Delivery and sign-off

   50% advance at signature, remaining 50% due at acceptance-criteria sign-off. The balance is tied to the agreed outcome, not to a calendar.

AI-driven security, from the AI Act to NIS2

Attackers already run AI. Defense has to run AI too — AI versus AI, for a fair fight, inside a recurrent safe patch workflow rather than one-shot audits that go stale the week after they are delivered.

• Recurrent, AI-driven patching. Inventory, advisory matching, fixes applied with your approval, verification, dated evidence — every cycle, not once a year.
• Where regulation bites. The AI Act has been applicable since 2 August 2026, with high-risk obligations under Annex III arriving on 2 December 2027. The Cyber Resilience Act (Regulation EU 2024/2847) already requires reporting of actively exploited vulnerabilities since 11 September 2026 through ENISA's single reporting platform, with its main obligations on 11 December 2027. NIS2 and the French transposition concern roughly 15,000 entities in France, with ANSSI pre-registration open and a multi-year compliance runway — no false deadlines sold here.
• What the work produces. Gap analysis, SBOM and inventory, incident-reporting readiness, and dated evidence packs that answer a client security questionnaire, an ISO 27001 or SOC 2 demand, or a CRA documentation request.
• Why now. PHP "php2shell": two unauthenticated remote code execution flaws (CVE-2026-109618, CVE-2026-109619) with a CISA alert of 21 October 2026 urging immediate patching; Node.js shipped security releases the same week. The window between a published advisory and exploitation is measured in days.

The offer is reserved for AgentVUE MAX and ULTRA subscribers. The subscription comes first: your licence funds the product every customer runs, and the consultancy turns it into your company's setup.

What does a day cost?

From €980 per day (excl. VAT), minimum 1 day. For reference, French expert-level AI consultants bill around €800-900/day and big-firm strategy consulting blends near $3,700/day (published 2025-2026 benchmarks).

How fast do I get a devis?

How does payment work?

50% advance at signature, 50% at acceptance-criteria sign-off. Single-day engagements are invoiced in full on confirmation. Monthly retainer engagements are available on devis.
